This Terms and Conditions document refers to the use of International Training in Communications’ website and online services, including shopping and membership. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page of the site.

Products advertised for sale on this site can be purchased using secure online Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express transaction facility. Customers’ personal and bank details are protected and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment. Your details can only be viewed by authorized staff, and are securely destroyed once the transaction is complete. In addition, the ITC web site is hosted behind a commercial firewall to prevent hackers from obtaining access to your data. All information that you provide through this web site will be protected by all reasonable steps, to prevent any data being inappropriately released or misused.

Purchasing
To purchase from the site you must be a member of ITC, and access the shopping areas of the site using your membership number.

Pricing
All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Members’ right to use the Service is personal to the individual. Members may not authorise others to use the Service, and are responsible for all their individual use of the Service. Members may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from the Service for commercial purposes.

The Service’s content, information and advice is free of charge (unless otherwise stipulated). Users are responsible for their own network and connection charges.
